Data Retention

Financial Information – 7 Years
We are required to keep Financial information for the current financial year plus an additional six years.
Service Information – 10 Years
Unless otherwise stated in any agreements, your information may be retained for reference for up to 10 years and used to answer queries or resolve problems, provide improved and new services and any data retention requirements of the law.
Please note, in certain circumstances the law, authorities or regulatory bodies may require the data to be retained for longer.
Marketing Information – 2 Years
If you are receiving any marketing information we will store your personal information for a maximum of two years after your last communication with us, or from the date of completion of our services, whichever is the latest.
